Guidelines for presentation

Deadline: Abstract submission deadline is Sunday, January 18, 2026 Abstract submission: Please send your file via the abstract submission tool/to besoms.info@gmail.com (via wetransfer) Format: Each presentation consists of a 7‑minute video followed by 5 minutes of discussion and questions. Content: Abstracts should provide: - A brief background on the medical case, including patient context and clinical relevance. - A clear description of the key aspects demonstrated in the video (e.g., surgical technique, intraoperative challenges, decision-making steps, or complication management). Focus: Emphasis should be placed on the educational value of the case, highlighting what makes it challenging and what can be learned from it. Structure: Keep the abstract concise and structured (max 200 words) covering: - Case background - Surgical challenge(s) - What is shown in the video - Key take-home message/learning points
